Our Balance Pad Stability Trainer are oval-shaped pads that provide a progressive system of balance training.

The Blue Balance pad Stability Trainers are closed cell foam pads with an anti-slip ridged surface and oval foot fitting shape.  The foam pads are effective for balance training, posture strengthening, rehabilitation of lower extremities, and for sports performance enhancement.

The pads are an integral part of the balance portion of the StrongPosture™ Protocols, and a great tool for progressing patients in balance exercises.

Core strength and great balance is key for fall prevention and remaining active and pain-free as you age.
